Pros

findhelp is a company with a great mission at heart which has pulled in a lot of great people working towards that mission. Both direct contributors and managers work hard to advance towards the company mission and do so with energy and enthusiasm every day. The company also allows you to maintain a good work life balance, with a respect for vacation days and regular working hours.

Cons

Senior leadership is pretty opaque around decisions they make and will announce large changes to the company without notice. This was reflected with a stern return to office mandate after being remote for 3 years and hiring a majority of success managers while fully remote. The pay is also lower than comparable customer success roles, with total compensation being lower than other tech work. This was reflected with things like no 401k match and no regular pay raises for any employees during my time there.

Pros

The experience here has been way beyond just work. The team genuinely focuses on learning, growth, and creating an environment where interns and co-ops feel supported and valued. What stood out the most was how much trust and exposure we got to the actual product. Every day felt like exponential learning, not just completing tasks. The mentorship, collaboration, and positive culture made it easy to ask questions, improve fast, and enjoy the process. The benefits and support for employees are honestly amazing too, especially the focus on health and well-being. Experiences like this really shape the way you think about engineering, teamwork, and your future career. Grateful to be part of such an incredible environment.

Cons

Can depend on person i see nothing.

Pros

Absolutely fantastic culture and team. Company maintained a flat, collaborative structure despite its size with brilliant people cooperating beautifully to serve everyday people.

Cons

You don't get your hand held or have a tour guide. You will need to dive in and figure it out for yourself. But the team culture is welcoming and collaborative, so if you're willing to tolerate some initial dizziness around how things work, you'll find good people you're thrilled to work with.
