Pros

Great General Manager, remote work options available, lots of opportunities to learn. Office culture is positive, encouraging, and has a lot of enthusiasm (mostly due to the General Manager) and lots of baked goods/treats.

Cons

*Limited promotion potential and upward mobility*. This is a big problem. In order to break into another pay range, good account managers need to leave the company. There are few promotions, and pay raises are rare. It's a sad indicator of how little they're valued for all the efforts they put in. Low pay for the experience they're looking for. A lot is made about the company's 35-hour workweek - Account Managers rarely work less than 45+ as there is often limited support available. Corporate leadership is profit-driven and doesn't actually seem to care about the employees' long-term success.

Work hours There’s no dress code

Cons

Terrible training (will set you up for failure) they gave on me after a day even thought the person that trained me barely did anything and just sent me to do cold calls right away. Small office Terrible management
