Pros
I worked for the Buffalo location. The revenue pay was great, if you put in the work. My last job I earned only $13 hour after being there for 5 years. I came to Fish and started to bring in $15 hour my first month. Most of my paychecks were $800 before taxes and only 35 hours.
Cons
When I first started, I had to use my own vehicle for route work. The Buffalo office ended up buying vehicles for all route cleaners to use. So, I guess that's not a con. The winter months can be a little tough with being in Buffalo. We were able to work, but sometimes work was slow do to amount of snow or temperatures being too cold and the solution freezing.
