      Absolutely positively none. Zero pros.

      Cons

      This job does NOT pay $20-25 an hour. You start the first week making $15 an hour, and then after that you get paid a commission (30% for you, 70% for all the worthless hacks that don't do anything other then determine your route). They failed to tell me that in the job description or interview. Most jobs aren't even priced high enough to really make any money off them. I lost money working here. Which is why I quit my 2nd week.

      Owner operated, really depends what franchise you’re in as it differs. A lot of flexibility and a lot of cold calling
