      Pros

      Loved a lot of my co-workers. Made some great/lifelong friends.

      Cons

      The co changed ALOT! I worked for Fitch Ratings/Fitch Solutions for 20+ years and the co changed A LOT! They do not care about their employees anymore. Raises are only 1-2 % and bonus's, promotions matter in the management line. Fitch is a good starting point/stepping stone.

      Pros: Good work/life balance, friendly colleagues, work is interesting

      Cons

      Lots of legacy systems that do not speak to one another, making it hard to unlock data needed for product purposes.
