Pros

Use to be great before being taken over by Nuterra.

Cons

Lie on their job adverts (you will have to travel to Reading 4 times a year). Since the takeover the new corporate boss treat staff like serfs. Constant revolving door of new employees as they constantly increase workload and offer no reward. HR are bullies who try to gaslight employees into believe they agreed to change of terms when this isn't true.

Smart developers, leads and architects.

Cons

zero direction in the dev team. nobody knows what the short and long term goals are, and nobody seems to check in on the engineers. leadership are happy let people leave and re-hire rather than make any effort to make employees feel respected. zero career development, to the point it's been years since objectives were set and aligned with any kind of promotions
