      Pros

      The Flaman is a well established company. The owner always look after his employees. They offer a great place to work with great staff and high quality managment. Flaman cares about you and loves to see their employees move up the ladder. I worked there for 2 years and I loved it.

      Leadership was not good. Know it all attitude. Senior leadership pretty much ruined the entire company with poor decisions Company does not care about employees
