      Team work by the management but not all the employees.

      Cons

      No job stability. You never know if you will make it past you 2 years as they will make you redundant just before to save money.

      Pros

      I gained valuable experience in my career field, which I will be able to carry with me throughout my career. They helped with housing aswell.

      Cons

      I think the only real con was that I was not able to get a reply back from management when I reached out the following summer.
