No micro-management, very open communication and collaboration especially for a remote team.

I learned a lot, including how to navigate a difficult work environment.

I witnessed intense hostility, screaming matches, and blatant disrespect from "leadership" with no repercussions. Textbook toxic and unstable company that won't be around much longer.
