3yHi! I'm so sorry you feel this way. To be honest I don't quite identify what you are mentioning. Hidden agendas does not sound correct at all, as our main priority is to be transparent. Being a rather flat hierarchy organisation, our career development is to a certain extent difficult, but we are working on expanding that to highlight all the opportunities that everyone has. As a people company, and people being the only asset we have, priority is always on people, on our diversity, which to me is growing everyday. As for salaries, we benchmark with others in the industry. Our salary model is different than others, where comparing makes things a bit difficult. I will, however, take your words to heart though and we will discuss these further. - Pauliina
