I have been at Flying Colours for more than 3 years now and I can say that it is the best decision I have made in my working career. Good working ethic where all of the staff are on the same page all working on the same hymn sheet. Every member of staff is on an open door policy - and I love that about a business, you can always put your ideas across without a problem.
