      Reasonably friendly atmosphere, with management that tries

      Genuine inexperience and lack of foresight by senior management - who since the start haven't listened to experience If it weren't for the buckets of cash pumped into the company the business would've failed long ago

      Company is new and it used to have a lot of potential. But this has been ruined by the way the company has been run
