There are no pros at all

Work us like slaves, doesn't receive all breaks, have a lot of shutdowns, like 3 months at a time with no pay. We do not receive all the holiday pay days that is in the handbook. They decide at the last minute if we are going to get holiday pay or not. We never know what time we get off of work, works 14-16 hours a day. The employees that work in the office receives a Christmas bonus but the employees that work in the plant doesn't. You will get penalized or fired if you are sick or in the hospital. You can not use a doctors excuse, you will be penalized& get fired!!! They will not accept a doctors excuse, and they can see that you are sick, you will still get penalized or fired, because of point system. and we only get 7 points.
