Pros
There are phenomenal people at Foleon that are great to get along with and this drives a fun culture. All aspects of management gives everyone a great deal of autonomy to get their jobs done, and it never feels like you're just trying to satisfy someone. You honestly feel like results for your specific job description is the only factor. No politics, favorites, anything like that. If you're good at your job, you'll be respected and valued.
Cons
The product is a "nice-to-have" product that feels very limited in a financially scarce mindset economy. If you are in sales this makes everything extremely difficult when there is no specific way to define a return on investment for a potential customer.
This dominoes into everything after a while. Strengths like data analysis, and process management go out the window because there's nothing to manage. It unfortunately comes down to a huge numbers game because there aren't that many people that feel like they need this product. So can I talk to "thousands" of people so someone moves through the pipeline. After a while it's hard to keep up those kinds of habits in my experience.
