      It's a very independent work environment, and it's clear that the higher-ups really believe in their teams.

      Cons

      The pay is okay, but it doesn't quite compete with the massive packages the big tech giants hand out.

      Some of the best things about working at Foleon are the family vibes, flexible hours and hybrid work options. Regular team events, Fit & Fun initiatives, and creative celebrations

      As with many growing companies, some internal processes still need structure and consistency. Things can change quickly, and priorities might shift with little notice. While autonomy is a strength, it can sometimes feel like you're left to figure things out on your own
