You only get 10% off discount as an employee If you are just trying to get money and don’t care much about moving up then this is ok for just gaining experience
Cons
- Work long hours - management is poor. - poor communication between management and district - there is NO proper training , unless you get lucky and have a nice manager who’s willing to set time aside to train you. - too much gossiping between managers and sales associates - there is ALOT of drama between the higher ups ; they do not respect each other - if you are sales associate they expect you to work like crazy - there is no workers appreciation There is literally no real management within this district as there has been so many who came in and went out the door .. that says a lot about what the company is doing ......
