      Bagels on Wednesdays, shop lunches once a month. That's it.

      High stress, pitiful pay, poor management, elitism, "lifers" not held accountable, finger pointing, back of house employees looked down on, front of house employees overworked and miserable with stress, yelling owners, crying coworkers, extremely low morale, zero opportunity for advancement
