Pros
For the large-scale complex enterprise customer I truly believe that ForgeRock has the best technology out there at the moment. The culture here is great and they've done a great job of recruiting and keeping world-class talent. The mood is always positive and for a good number of years all revenue targets have been exceeded. ForgeRock continues to invest heavily in R&D and is at the forefront of innovation. Employees are very well-trained and well-compensated. Support from ForgeRock throughout COVID has been phenomenal with extra funds being made available to furnish home offices, extra paid time off for those with dependents that require extra help during lockdowns, and regular company-wide meetings led by our CEO to keep everyone fully informed. ForgeRock also has a great partner ecosystem with a wide variety of unique cutting edge offerings which means working here allows you to dip your toes into a lot of areas outside digital identity.
Cons
There really aren't any cons. The only one I can think of is that if you live on the West Coast, you might have the odd 7am PST meeting.
