Pros

No Pros..As no project is there ..CEO run behind references to get small projects, going in loss, coo has all dental checkup yearly ask employee to be diplomatic and run behind PM so that you be safe..Just CFO WORKS I guess,And HRs ha ha no role as they dont have any policies horse with no brains...just hire and screams no basic ettiquates to talk.

Cons

PF ON HOLD FOR 5 years or more than that FNF not give,Clients should read they are looser hardly engineers are working cheating clients. ALL LOSS,and the best thing they share their office with other company to get fundssss. Beggars..

Pros

Honestly, very few. Maybe a place to start your career if you're desperate — but don’t expect fairness or ethics. From a year, there is a problem in paying salaries of the employees even if the owner booked the profit of few hundred crores previous years when company is doing good. There is no new business. They have terminated more than 50% employees who worked honestly for many years. There are very less chances of new hires but if you get a chance and you're thinking of joining this company, run the other way — unless you’re okay with being used and thrown away without even receiving your basic entitlements.

Cons

This company has absolutely no ethics when it comes to employee welfare. They blatantly deny gratuity payments to employees, even to those who have served for 10, 12, or even 15 years. It’s not just a one-off case — this is a systemic practice. No gratuity, no explanations, just silence or excuses from HR and management. The company has likely made crores of rupees off the hard work of loyal employees, but refuses to pay out a legally mandated few lakhs when people leave. This isn’t just unethical — it’s illegal. They’re clearly violating Indian labor laws, and they get away with it because most people don’t want to go through legal battles. No respect for loyalty, no integrity, and zero transparency.
