1. Please check reviews for SNS first as they are renamed as Forgeahead to get history of company. 2.You can not expect for Increment. 3. Switching the employees to multiple projects with in a month and expecting 100% performance, if not fire immediatly without serving any notice period. 4. Hire and Fire policy. 5. Their "Variable pay definition is" : They are not going to pay in the form of variable pay. 6. You can not trust them , they always do the politics with employee. 7. No Values to employees, treating them as labour. 8. Every time putting pressure to their employees without any reason. 9. CEO is good but he doesn't know what's happening. 10. No future for fresher as well as experience. 11. They don't know to manage the resources.

- Salary is never credited on time - TDS is deducted but not paid to Income Tax department for more than 1 year - PF is never submitted on time. Also not submitted for more than 1 year, for any employee. - No new projects in the company. - Being insider we know how stuck-ed we are. - No appraisals done since a year. - Very few projects left from past companies purchased.
