Mostly great people. Great pay. Dynamic challenging work. Flexible WFH options. Lower management generally pretty good. Office space and location is great. A lot of opportunity to move around the business. There's budget for training and staff development.
Cons
Purple circle culture. Too lean - an MBA style leaness at the detriment of business profit. Core business functions being cut to fuel negative ROI green projects. Lack of meritocracy. Uninspiring and low value senior and executive leadership. Vapid cult like enthusiasm.
