FAC is a family. The work culture matches the mission to a T. The benefits are amazing, the flexibility (depending on the job and the requirements of the position) are bar none, and it is overall just a fantastic place to work.

It has the same cons as all non-profit work. Funding comes at the will of politicians and other people.
