1. You cannot have lunch with other team member, because you will affect their working attiude (Are we in primary school?) 2. Control freak is everywhere 3. If they did something wong, they will blame it on you 4. No respect of desgin at all 5. They will give you a work at afternoon, and expect you to finish it in the same day (sometime <2 hour ) 6. After you finish the job, they will throw it away like a rubbish 7. Poor management (and zero skills) 8. No Project manager
