I received many complimentary messages when I was terminated eg "...You won’t believe I have tears in my eyes. This is not motivating us to work for fourth anymore. We had so much hopes. We never had a manager whom we liked so much and had the comfort level, most of all you gave us hopes to work differently. Don’t understand where fourth is leading.... "
