General communication was awful and the way employees were managed in and out of the company was unacceptable. There was a high turnover of staff during my employment, with a number of staff disappearing overnight with no communication or explanation - having been fired or terminated effective immediately. People who cared about the company and worked incredibly hard to improve and progress it were dropped without warning.
The senior management can often be unprofessional and favouritism is rife. A number of fires, hires or promotions within the company appear to happen based on favouritism or lack there of. Individuals who were good at their job but weren't favoured by management would be dismissed and those with little experience or ability but friendly with management would be hired or promoted.
When handled in an incredibly unprofessional manner, it's put down to Fourth not being very good at looking after their staff - something that simply isn't good enough!!
