Pros
Good people on my team that were not allowed to do their jobs.
Cons
I already had a job when I applied. They said all the right things about the role, budget, and the team/support I would have. It quickly became clear after joining that it was all a lie. My job description changed three times and the budget I was promised was taken away before I even started. When the new CRO (Curt) came on, everything went downhill. It was quickly clear that his bullying and gaslighting was being allowed – and encouraged – from the CEO (Clinton). No wonder they hid the true state of the business during my interview process. Just as bad, the CMO was a micromanager who is invested in the failure. Meaning, she hired all these people and if we were allowed to fix problems she would have been exposed as the do-nothing she is. So rather than fix structural problems, she was able to deflect her failures onto to others to keep up the charade. As the final insult, they laid off me and many other people with no severance and just before we would even be eligible for unemployment (another lie). So, after leaving a job to join and getting good reviews I was laid off with no severance and unable to collect unemployment. Bottom Line - Don’t ever take a job at Fourth.
