Pros
-There is always good projects going on and a lot of flexibility for you to pick up interesting work -Flexi work and hybrid working -Benefits are really solid -Big business with opportunities but not huge so it feels like you don’t know anyone
Cons
None as of yet! There is a lot of stuff happening with AI and it can be a bit overwhelming how many things are happening but it is good as you are always having innovation in teams and products. Trying to improve on collaboration as it is a global business, we do well already but always room for improvement
