Horrible experience - Associate Fragomen Employee Review

Everything else. I had maybe a combined 20 mins of interaction with my partner. Partners do not care about you or invest in training/mentoring you. You are there to push cases out like a machine and nothing more. Honestly, I didn't even feel like an attorney. Everything is automated and you're rarely using your brain. No mentorship at all, no investment in you. And support to diverse "talent is not there. The firm loves to say they are diverse but again, there is no effort by partners to sponsor diverse attorneys. It is truly such a terrible firm. I had the worst experience and I hope to never be in the immigration field because of it.
