It's a relatively easy job. Once you get the hang of things, it is just repetition. It is a relatively stable job with room for growth.
Cons
You are just a number, if things get hard they will move you around on team, or lay you off with little concern. They overload the good workers while letting other people slide by. Managers don't know how to actually do the work most of the time.
