***Run Hard From This Company*** - Mobile Telecom Coordinator Fujitsu Employee Review

Fujitsu North America 1 Finity, formerly Fujitsu Network Communcations This company has mass lay off usually 2-3 times a year. The company is struggling financially and is a slow failing company. I was there 41/2 years and was laid off in Nov 2025 due to a reduction in force. My job was given to a coworker in Canada. This person had NO technical skills to do the job. This company just does things that dont make good business sense. They over work people when others leave the company often times doubling up the work load. No additional compensation is offered. Im not bitter just being honest.
