      Good Pay. Better hike's compared to peers. Flexibility and Work Culture.

      Cons

      Too much politics for a company this size. Lack of Projects. Fewer opportunities to improve your skill sets. Not much scope to grow once you outgrow your role. Very few actually managed to stay more than 5+ years in this company.
