Pros
- work-life balance. Majority of the people leave on time. - benefits are ok - a lot of nice people to work with This is a good and stable company overall. People who are in the mid~later stage of their careers would stay here until they retire.
Cons
- there are also just as many people who are not so pleasant to work with - complainers who keep on blaming somebody else except himself or his team. - unspoken rule that japanese staff gets better treatment/priorty. I guess this is to be expected since it is a Japanese Company. - slow career progression. If you are good at something, management will want to keep you there forever.
