Pros
Health insurance, corporate laptop and phone, great deal of travelling (depending on project), sports card, amazing atmosphere (seriously, people are so friendly!), minimum two corporate parties a year (more depending on project)
Cons
High attrition, people are not very experienced, very young population (for the good and bad), open space, the "work from home" option depends a lot on your line manager
