Pros

Remote company Looks like lots of opportunity for career growth Invest in Sandler Training for reps they think will benefit

Cons

0 Training Unorganized Unprepared I was a sales rep and I had been working and closing deals for 3 months before I even received a commission PLAN, let alone payout. I was selling without knowing what or when I was going to get paid. Management was disengaged and almost intimidated when asked questions. I was guilt tripped when I expressed that I was feeling alone on an island because "I wasn't reaching out enough". In the interview process they sell you on being part of a company with many software verticals = more opportunity to move around and grow in your career, but when you apply to other roles because you want a chance at something bigger, and instead of your manager advocating for you, they will talk about you with each other and then ask you if you're not happy and why you are applying with a different portfolio. I ultimately quit because from the time my employment started they showed me I was just a number. This was my experience, and I have more to say, but those are enough red flags.

Pros

Remote. Onboarding was organized. Worked with some great people. Benefits package was fine. It was a good training stop.

Cons

There was this one leader who is permitted to treat anyone any way he wants to. He can say whatever he wants and gregariously does it in front of a "room" full of people. Tacky doesn't even cover it. And he continues to be lauded for his accomplishments while he treats people with sheer rudeness. It's reprehensible. There are great leaders trying to do great things, btu they get silenced by whomever has the largest pipeline. Business is about the bottom line and Fullsteam definitely paints that picture. The acquisition of companies and the bulldozing strategy to accomplish the goals with no regard for the team that built the relationships with their clients and less regard for how the customers feel is shocking. Unclear comp plans, changing job descriptions and extreme pivots from original expectations. So much more but I can't give this company another moment of my peace, so...just beware.
