      Pros

      You will have the benefit of recognizing the many red flags of a toxic work environment and hopefully identify some survival tips along the way. You will also have a built in support group of other employees. You'll ultimately find the many facades of the company laughable and will giggle amongst yourselves.

      Cons

      That I do not have a dollar for every present and past employee who reaches out to vent or receive moral support.

      Pros

      Hardworking team with lots of expertise, great products, beautiful office in NYC

      Cons

      Fur is a small company and often operates with an "all hands on deck" attitude and requirement to wear multiple hats - that might not be for everyone

      Maybe free products? Can't really think of anything else...

      Cons

      The culture at Fur is super unfriendly and cliquey. I noticed this on day one. Leadership is all over the place in terms of their objectives and will scrap plans at the last second to then go in a completely different direction without warning. There's a reason turnover is high - not somewhere I would recommend at all.
