Good relationship with mentor/manager, name recognition in the NYC agency world, high profile clients, global network and their case studies (should) help to secure new work

FutureBrand does NOT stand out compared to the agencies it's trying to compete against. Clients and projects don't allow for strikingly creative solutions. Leadership is not good at securing clients that improve the FutureBrand portfolio and instead wait for projects to fall in their lap. Corporate slog. Top heavy. BELOW MARKET PAY and sometimes long hours.
