Culture is amazing- new joinees immediate feel like they "belong"- a truly community based culture of growth, care and fulfilling work. People across the team take pride and interest in each others' success. The employees are called "Dream Team" and it truly feels like one. The purpose of the company - democratizing access to global opportunities- resonates with employees. The TAM for the company is significant, its strategic position in the market as an EOR category creator and leader is enough to make its competitors envious. The Executive team is mostly new but is an amazing team of seasoned leaders who have led at scale in SaaS companies. The future is bright and the company is building innovative tech stack fast. Nicole Sahin, the founder and the CEO is a great combination of a caring leader and a competitive operator. I love being here!
Cons
I have no cons to share. G-P is growing fast in employee base as well as customer base and revenue/market share. G-P crushes it in our Partner strategy as well. One is expected to work hard but the rewards are paid well. G-P has some growing pains that any fast growth company would have. But I would rather be in a company that is fast growth so I can grow with it.
