Not a fan - Manager GAL Manufacturing Employee Review

A general atmosphere of no accountability, many individuals who are looking out for number one and falsely identify themselves as working as a team. General disregard and respect for abilities, making decisions based on circumstance, and cross function is only an idea not an action. New management relies on past experience in more system oriented companies to belittle those with experience in current state of the operation.
