      Great place to learn but will underpay you below market value

      Pros

      Great place to learn. Most people are great. Very diverse and enjoyable environment. It is definitely a good place to learn for a couple years after college, but don't recommend staying for long.

      Cons

      Upper management doesn't know what it takes to get work done. They only know timelines and powerpoints. They don't understand the value of good employees. They think everything is just money. Extremely talented employees (moved on to startups, big tech companies) have left because they were just fed up with how undervalued they felt.

      Pros

      There are several very dedicated and humble individuals who want to work as a team.

      Cons

      A general atmosphere of no accountability, many individuals who are looking out for number one and falsely identify themselves as working as a team. General disregard and respect for abilities, making decisions based on circumstance, and cross function is only an idea not an action. New management relies on past experience in more system oriented companies to belittle those with experience in current state of the operation.

      The staff level employees are very nice to work around

      Cons

      Terrible benefits overall, including below average PTO and terrible medical coverage, especially pharmaceutical. They offer a pension, which is essentially equal to a good 401k match, but it fails to make up for the medical/PTO. That is why turnover issues remain.
