Pros
I've been at GDS for over 5 years, so have a good perspective on what the company has offered me – namely, a very real platform to understand how to navigate the corporate space and appreciate it's digital challenges. I've had the opportunity of working with some of the IT/tech world's leading players, have learnt from every experience, and have a fantastic group of people around me.
Cons
It's a fast-paced office in a constantly transforming industry – staying agile and being open to ideas is a key (and exciting) part of the job.
