Very poor company to work for - Sales Executive GDS Group Employee Review

- Company has a really bad reputation - There is no growth, no management present that has the capability to strength any skills you have. Unless you are fresh out of uni/school and have never picked the phone up before, they’ll teach you a couple of objection handlers to get you started. - It’s very unprofessional in the sense where there’s no structure, everything is based on social acceptance - absolutely no disciplinary procedures in place, 1-1’s, PDP. - They’ve had a few prospects that have threatened legal action, best not to get caught up in that.
