      Handful of talented and hard working people. Decent benefits

      Cons

      Terrible management. Especially at headquarters. Would not recommend if you’re in the finance profession. A lot of favoritism and special treatment. Hard work isn’t rewarded.

      At the forefront of new resin technologies, very supportive culture from leadership down, listens and makes changes based on feedback from all employees.

      Cons

      Sales process can be cumbersome but overall, it is much more efficient than the previous process and yields good results.
