You are worked to the bone. You will be expected to put work before your family every day of the year. Holidays are not guaranteed. They will not work with you on any special physical needs you may have. Management lies to you continually. They manipulate the employees like they are nothing more than numbers to them. The place runs on spare parts and duct tape, and they expect you to run it like it's all perfect. Safety is ignored in the face of production. Reading these other reviews may have you believe otherwise, but the positive reviews are scripted. The benefits package is conditional, and awful compared to what it could be. Management boasts about great productions numbers and record profits and employees see none of it. This isn't just some disgruntled employee. I still work at this plant out of need and all the employees feel this way. This place has a revolving door with new employees due to overworking everyone, and I dont just mean overworking them during their 12 hour shift. I mean forcing employees to work absurd amounts of overtime. A large amount of employees are forced to work over 500 overtime hours a year. Please look longer for a better job. This place destroys people.
