Pros
-Fun people to work with (mostly) depending what team you are on -Good location downtown -On-site gym -Good commission (especially if you’re a top performer) -Good resources
Cons
-Mindless work (if you like a more thought provoking job this isn’t the job for you, and you’ll be burnt out in 3 months guaranteed) -bad management styles (I.e micromanaging) -Only pay attention to top performers (nothing for the 80% that aren’t, unless you’re truly EXCEEDING your monthly goals) -Bad managers (probably because of micro-managing from higher ups) -They’ll tell your happy hours every Friday not a minute before 4:45PM and expected to work immediately after -Feel like you can’t take a break without a glare (have to be heads down 9 hours a day or you’ll get/feel behind)
