Pros

Nothing but lies and dishonestly at this company. If i could give negative stars i would.

Cons

I worked at GSEM for a couple of months. During that time, i got my pay and hours cut for no reason. I was told to pick up kids at all times of the day, never compensated for my gas or wear and tear on my car, when i told i would be. It was such a hostile environment due to the fact it was all lies. We were promised a 4 grand bonus over christmas and we were never given it. Instead told we worked so hard for nothing. After months of working so hard for a company and barely being able to afford anything, i sent in my resignation. Now more than 40 days later i have not received my last paycheck. I have reached out to the boss, CEO and i get harassed or called names. I have also reached out to the other board members of the company and they too refuse to give me my paycheck that i have earned. For the past two weeks, i have reached out countless times and i am now ignored. This company is a scam.

Pros

Product is revolutionary to the market place, work place has tremendously changed since the CEO let the toxic employees go, and now it has become one of the greatest creative jobs I've ever had. Stock package, growth options, enjoying growth as a team.

Cons

Nothing that other startups don't face: long hours to hit deadlines, need more developers.

Pros

The product has much potential and I'd like to see it take off. The Dev, QA, and UX/UI team members were awesome.

Cons

CEO is an Extreme micromanager. - cannot be trusted - does not follow through on promises made. i.e. salary, raises, etc. - changes employee handbook without notifying employees. Usually these changes are made after the fact but then made retroactive. - does not respect personal space (or items) - demands to be Ccd on any communication - records most meetings on his phone - is a pro at manipulation - is not 100% truthful - does not trust anyone to do their job Ultimately I feared going to work each morning. After leaving the company, I feared for my safety. I do not recommend employment with this company until a new CEO is appointed that knows how to fill the position and has not bias with the board.
