The CEO - Garrett, is simply one of the worst human being I have ever met. He simply does not care about you or any of his employees and will do anything to squeeze as much out of you as he can. He will call you at midnight and yell at you, he'll even yell at you if you don't answer. He has thrown many tantrums, throwing his mouse, slamming doors & cussing at co-workers. He will never take the blame for his mistakes, and will often change policies without letting anyone know. Save yourself and don't apply.

CEO is an Extreme micromanager. - cannot be trusted - does not follow through on promises made. i.e. salary, raises, etc. - changes employee handbook without notifying employees. Usually these changes are made after the fact but then made retroactive. - does not respect personal space (or items) - demands to be Ccd on any communication - records most meetings on his phone - is a pro at manipulation - is not 100% truthful - does not trust anyone to do their job Ultimately I feared going to work each morning. After leaving the company, I feared for my safety. I do not recommend employment with this company until a new CEO is appointed that knows how to fill the position and has not bias with the board.
