      Progressive workplace where team building gets a higher focus than achieving targets. Reasonable salary for retail. Openness to ideas from all levels of the organization.

      Cons

      Needlessly bureaucratic, and the paperwork can feel frustrating. Organization is becoming top-heavy with lesser newer hires in execution roles. Career growth has stalled with the new leadership.
