-strong brand recognition makes it easy to get passionate about the company -a pinnacle in the retail industry -a great place to learn about multiple aspects of specialty retail
Cons
-a lot really young people makes it a unique culture -flexibility in work schedule (some parts of the company have adopted a new program that allows telecommuniting, more flexibility etc.., but it's only as good as the support each divisions' management gives it). -salaries
