Pros
-Working remotely. -Great roles for learning technical support. -Occasional travel can be fun. -Most other members of the support team work together quite well and have each other's backs. The team dynamic is great and always felt comfortable reaching out to others when I had questions.
Cons
-Low pay when compared to market and similar roles with other employers. -No room for real growth. -Managers do not develop people. -Have to fight for pay increase even when performance reviews are outstanding (even for cost-of-living increase). -Some managers tend to dangle carrots to keep employees happy.
