Pros
You quickly learn how not to run a company. You'll build resilience — because you'll need it every single day. If you ever want to write a case study about toxic environment, you'll have first-hand experience.
Cons
This company has some of the worst C Level management — disorganized, disrespectful, and completely disconnected from their teams. Hard work is ignored, and the environment is toxic, built on favoritism, poor communication, and fear. HR is ineffective and biased, prioritizing management’s interests over employee well-being. Complaints are ignored, and serious issues are swept under the rug, leaving employees with no real support. Product and Technology are mess due to weak leadership, and constant interference, leading to repeated product failures, production issues, and wasted efforts. Instead of learning from mistakes, management insists on repeating them. If you care about your career, skills, or mental health, stay away. There are far better organizations have visions, understand what they are doing, respect and value their people.
